Unfortunately a buying nothing day is almost impossible to achieve. Consumerism is so ingrained in our lives that you just have to open the tap to brush your teeth in the morning and...you are buying water. Personally I try to resist the temptation of buying whenever possible, but I find it a very hard thing to do.
